Topic: Just Turn the Wheel
Acts 3:19
"Repent therefore, and turn back." — Acts 3:19
CrossCamp Formation Truth
You don't need to finish the journey before you turn. Just turn.
Morning Reflection
A driver once realized, twenty minutes in, that he'd taken completely the wrong road. His passenger was frustrated. But there was only one fix: "I can't keep driving the wrong way just because I've already gone far," he said. "I have to turn now, even if it feels late."
The Word
Turning back to God isn't mainly about feeling sorry — though that's part of it. It's about deciding to go a different direction, starting now.
Some people wait to repent until they "feel ready enough" or think they need to fix themselves first. But you don't need to finish the trip home before you take the first turn. You just need to turn the wheel.
A Simple Story Jesus Might Tell Today
A boy walking the wrong path to school realized his mistake halfway there. He didn't keep walking just because he'd already gone far. He simply turned around and started walking the right way.
What direction have I been going that I know, deep down, needs to change?
Name one habit you're turning away from today. Tell someone you trust about it.
Lord, I turn the wheel today. I choose a new direction, trusting You to lead me. Amen.
