A young apprentice mechanic was told to always clean his tools after every job, even small ones. He thought it was unnecessary — until the day a customer noticed how organized his workspace was and trusted him with a much bigger repair job because of it.

Obedience isn't about earning God's love — you already have that fully. It's about showing you actually trust Him. Jesus said loving Him and obeying Him go together; you can't really separate the two.

A lot of people wait for "big" moments to prove their faith, while ignoring small daily choices — being honest, being kind, controlling their temper. But those small choices are exactly where real obedience is built.
