Morning Reflection

A boy who casually cheated on small, "unimportant" assignments told himself it didn't really matter since the stakes were low. Years later, in a much more important situation, the same casual habit of cutting corners resurfaced — because character built in small moments doesn't disappear when the stakes get higher.

The Word

Character isn't built in the big, dramatic moments alone. It's built — or eroded — in hundreds of small, seemingly unimportant choices: honesty in small things, keeping small promises, doing quality work even when no one checks.

Those small choices quietly become the pattern you default to later, when the moment actually matters most.

A Simple Story Jesus Might Tell Today

A small leak in a boat, ignored because it seemed too minor to fix, slowly grew until it eventually sank the entire vessel — proving that "small" problems rarely stay small if left unaddressed.

CrossCamp Reflection

What small habit have I been dismissing as "not a big deal" that's actually shaping my character?

Today's Walk

Choose integrity in one small decision today, even though no one would notice if you didn't.

Prayer for Today

Lord, help me take small choices seriously today. Build honest character in me, one decision at a time. Amen.
