Key Declaration
"Lord, give me Your heart for people. Let me see every soul as You see them and become a faithful laborer in Your harvest."
Introduction
God is not only building a strong church — He is building a church with a heart for people. A healthy church is not measured only by the strength of its worship or the quality of its teaching. It is also measured by its compassion for those who are far from God.
The heartbeat of Jesus was always people. Where others saw sinners, Jesus saw sons and daughters who needed the Father's love. Where others saw failure, Jesus saw potential. Where others rejected people, Jesus welcomed them. Our hearts must begin to beat with the same compassion that moved the heart of Christ.
The mission of CrossCamp Church is not simply to gather believers. It is to seek, disciple, restore, and establish people in Christ.
Part One — Jesus Saw Souls, Not Crowds
Matthew 9:36 — "But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd." Jesus never looked at people as statistics. Behind every face was a story. Behind every smile was a burden. His compassion came before His miracles.
Biblical compassion is more than feeling sorry for someone. It is love that moves us to action — to pray for people, listen to people, serve people, and share Christ with people. Without compassion, evangelism becomes a duty. With compassion, evangelism becomes an expression of God's love.
Part Two — The Harvest Is Ready
Matthew 9:37–38. Jesus said, "The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few." The problem was not the harvest. The problem was the shortage of willing workers. God is always seeking people who are available.
At CrossCamp, every pillar is called to become a laborer. A true harvester loves people sincerely, prays consistently, serves joyfully, speaks the truth with grace, remains patient, and trusts God for the results. Harvest belongs to God. Faithfulness belongs to us.
Part Three — The Good Shepherd
Luke 15:1–7. Jesus told the story of a shepherd who owned one hundred sheep. When one became lost, he left the ninety-nine to search for the one. When he found it, he rejoiced. This parable reveals God's heart. Every soul matters. No one is insignificant. No one is beyond God's love.
The shepherd noticed one missing sheep, searched intentionally, refused to give up, and rejoiced when the sheep returned. God calls us to care for individuals, not only crowds.
Part Four — How People Come to Christ
Romans 10:13–15. People call upon Christ because they hear the Gospel. But someone must first go, first speak, first share. Many people will never enter a church building until a believer first enters their life.
You do not need complicated words. Tell people what Jesus has done in your life. Explain God's love. Invite them to church. Pray with them. Encourage them to read the Bible. The Holy Spirit changes hearts. We simply become faithful messengers.
Part Five — Building a Harvest Culture at CrossCamp
Pray daily for unbelievers. Build genuine relationships — love people before expecting them to change. Learn to share your testimony. Invite families to church. Follow up — discipleship begins after salvation.
Every pillar should become known as someone who loves people sincerely, welcomes strangers warmly, prays faithfully, shares Christ naturally, disciples patiently, and celebrates every soul that comes to Jesus.

CrossCamp Leadership Insight
The heart of a true pillar is not measured by how much they know, but by how deeply they love the people Christ came to save. When the heart of Jesus becomes the heart of His people, the harvest is no longer a burden — it becomes a joyful mission.
Reflect & Pray
Lord Jesus, break my heart for what breaks Yours. Help me see people through Your eyes.
